COVID POLICY: If the purchaser must reschedule services due to Covid-19, Great Rate DJs will apply the downpayment towards a new date once, pending availability, up to 1 year from the originally scheduled date. If a performer has already been assigned, the purchaser will be bound to that performer's Covid policies for any further payment, if any, above and beyond the downpayment. If the purchaser chooses a new date that is unavailable, the downpayment will be non-transferable and non-refundable. If the purchaser needs to reschedule more than once, Great Rate DJs may not be able to apply the down payment towards additional dates. If Great Rate DJs and the purchaser made a special arrangement waiving the required downpayment upfront, the purchaser will still be responsible to pay the cancelation fee, typically 100% of the downpayment.
